§ 175-26. Officers; other staff and services.

A. The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman from its members and shall select a Secretary, who may be a Board member or a municipal employee.

B. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may employ or contract for and fix the compensation of legal counsel, other than the Municipal Attorney, a licensed planning consultant and/or a licensed professional engineer and other staff and services as it shall deem necessary, not exceeding, exclusive of gifts or grants, the amount appropriated by the Town Council for its use.
