§ 175-22. Establishment.

[Amended 1-22-2018 by Ord. No. 001-2018]

The Zoning Board of Adjustment previously established pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D - 69, et seq., consisting of seven residents of the Town of Hammonton appointed by the Town Council is hereby abolished. All references in the Hammonton Code to the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall mean and refer to the Town of Hammonton Planning Board.
