§ 119.25  DOG CHECK LICENSES.
   On the dog check issued with each dog license shall be stamped a number corresponding with the license number, and also the words “City of Hammond Dog Check,” together with the year.  The City Controller shall issue a dog check with each dog license issued by him or her.
