The city clerk, finance director, or city manager or any bonded official of the City of Hamlet and who is authorized by the city council may sign warrants or orders for payment on the city treasury or depository. In addition, in the absence of the city clerk or other qualified and authorized official, such warrants or orders may be signed by the mayor.
