§ 50.06 CHARGES AND BILLING.
   (A)   The charge per dwelling unit per month for administrative services shall be $16.25 until further ordinance of the Town Council. The monthly charge per residence shall be collected by placing the charge on the water bill of each residence which uses town water. Those residences which do not use town water shall be billed monthly on a separate billing.
   (B)   The charge of $16.25 per month shall be effective with services rendered beginning January 1, 2019.
   (C)   The town shall charge and collect the sum of $30 for each check not honored by the customer’s financial institution and returned to the town regardless of the reason.
