§ 34.17 MAJOR MOVES FUND; WATER UTILITY FUND.

(A) The interest and earnings from the Major Moves Fund shall hereafter be transferred in the general fund and the Clerk-Treasurer is directed to do so.

(B) No portion of trash bills collected and paid shall be transferred and receipted into the Water Utility Fund for the reason that revenues collected are insufficient to do so.
