§ 34.11 CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   (A)   Fund created. There is created in the town, a Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund.

   (B)   Deposits. Proceeds allotted to the town pursuant to applicable state law shall be deposited and used solely for capital improvements defined by the state law.
