§ 34.05 PUBLIC DEPOSITORIES.
   (A)   Star Financial Bank and Farmers Bank are selected as depositories for public funds collected by the town.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer as the fiscal officer of the town is authorized, as provided by other provisions of the Indiana Code, to deposit public funds in the designated depositories as the Clerk- Treasurer deems appropriate.
