(A)   The Hamilton Personnel Policy, originally adopted as Ordinance 91-1, 4-1-91, as amended by Ord. 92-4, 6-1-92, and recompiled and amended by Ordinance 93-5, passed 12-20-93, and recompiled and amended by Ord. 2003-15, 9-15-03, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein.
   (B)   Copies of the personnel policy are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk- Treasurer.
   (C)   Amendments to the Hamilton Personnel Policy made after September 15, 2003 shall be effective upon approval by the Town Council which approval may be made by motion. An amendment to this section to reflect any Hamilton Personnel Policy amendments or recompiling is not necessary to make the amendment to the Hamilton Personnel Policy effective.
