§ 32.06 HAMILTON REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   (A)   There is hereby created pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-7-14 et seq., as that statute exists now and as may be amended from time to time, the Department of Redevelopment controlled by a board of five members to be known as the “Hamilton Redevelopment Commission.”
   (B)   The five commissioners for the Hamilton Redevelopment Commission shall be appointed as follows:
      (1)   Three shall be appointed by the Town Council President.
      (2)   Two shall be appointed by the Town Council.
      (3)   Each commissioner appointed pursuant to divisions (B)(1) and (B)(2) of this section shall serve for a term of one year.
      (4)   The municipal executive [Town Council President] shall also appoint an individual to serve as a non-voting advisor to the Redevelopment Commission pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-7-14-6.1, as amended from time to time.
      (5)   The Hamilton Redevelopment Commission shall have the rights, privileges, powers, and duties as provided in I.C. 36-7-14 et seq., as that statute exists now and as may be amended from time to time.
   (C)   All the territory within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Hamilton constitutes a tax district for the purpose of levying and collection for a special benefit tax for redevelopment use as provided in I.C. 36-7-14 et seq.
