§ 32.03 FIREFIGHTING SERVICES.
   (A)   The Volunteer Fire Chief shall be the head of the volunteer firefighters.
   (B)   The town shall purchase and maintain a fire station structure which shall be provided for the purpose of protecting the public health, safety, peace, comfort, convenience, and general welfare of the inhabitants of the town.

   (C)   The town is authorized pursuant to I.C. 36-1-7-1 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, to enter into joint agreements for the purchase or exchange of property and/or services with other communities. ('88 Code, § 2-3-2)
