SCHEDULE IV. PARALLEL PARKING.
   (A)   Parallel parking shall be permitted on the north side of East Bellefontaine Street from the intersection of Bellefontaine Street and State Road 427 west to the western boundary of the Hamilton House Restaurant property.
   (B)   The Police Department and Street Department are directed to erect signs and/or pavement markings consistent with this schedule.
