§ 152.51 MONUMENTS AND MARKERS.
   (A)   The center of all monuments shall be marked on the top diameter and set in a minimum 4-inch diameter concrete or equivalent. Monuments shall be set so that the tip is slightly below the adjoining established grade and shall be installed at the following points:
      (1)   At the intersection of street and alley right-of-way lines.
      (2)   At the beginning and ending of all street curves on both right-of-way lines.
      (3)   At all boundary corners of the dedicated plat area and dedicated public areas.
   (B)   The corners of all lots not marked by monuments required above shall be marked by galvanized iron pipe or iron or steel bars at least three feet in length and not less than 5/8 inch in diameter, the top of the pipe or bar to be set level with the established grade adjoining it.
