§ 152.50 MINIMUM STANDARDS; COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED.

The improvements set forth under this subchapter are held to be minimum acceptable standards. The subdivider shall be required to complete all improvements to the satisfaction of the Town Council and shall file a bond with the town guaranteeing such improvements.
