§ 11.01 TOWN SEAL.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be the custodian of the town's seal and affix it to such documents and instruments as required.
   (B)   The town shall use a corporate seal designed as follows: a disk circular in form on the margin of which shall be the words “Town of Hamilton, Indiana” and in the center thereof the word “Seal.” ('88 Code, § 1-1-10) (Ord. passed 4-13-15)
