§ 150.48 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   No land or structure maybe used or occupied unless a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Steuben County Building Commissioner or the DeKalb County Zoning Administrator. The County Commissioner or County Zoning Administrator or such other official duly authorized by the Town Council, shall issue a certificate of occupancy, but only after receipt of a certificate of compliance from the Town's Zoning Administrator. The certificate of compliance will be issued by the Town's Zoning Administrator after an inspection by the Zoning Administrator to determine that all of the conditions and limitations contained in the improvement location permit have been meant. In addition, the holder of the improvement location permit may be required to furnish to the town an as built survey upon completion of the construction as permitted, which as built survey, if required, must be furnished prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Compliance. It shall be unlawful to occupy any such building or structure unless a certificate of occupancy has been issued.
