(A) Construction is prohibited unless in conformity with a valid building permit obtained from the Building Commissioner prior to commencement of construction.
(B) All construction done under any permit issued hereunder shall be in full compliance with all other ordinances pertaining thereto and in addition to the fees for permits hereinafter provided, there shall be paid the fees that otherwise prescribed by the Town Council, which fees may be prescribed in this Building Code or by separate resolution. Whenever any regulation set forth herein conflicts with any other ordinance the more restrictive shall apply.
