§ 150.27 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning or as specified in the Town's Building Code.
   BUILDING CODE. The Town Building Code promulgated by the Town Council and found at § 150.01 et seq. of the Hamilton Town Code.
   DEPARTMENT. The Hamilton Town Council is the DEPARTMENT that is authorized to administer the HUBL.
   ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. The ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY shall be the Town Zoning Administrator or any other designee of the Town Zoning Administrator.
   HEARING AUTHORITY. The Hamilton Town Council shall be the HEARING AUTHORITY.
   SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST. The definition of SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST as found in I.C. 36-7-9-2, as may be amended from time to time, is incorporated herein by reference.
   UNSAFE BUILDING. Any building or structure deemed to be unsafe under the provisions of the HUBL or otherwise in violation of the terms of this chapter, the Town Building Code or other applicable local, county, or state building codes or regulations. An UNSAFE BUILDING may also be referred to for purposes of this code as a dangerous building.
