§ 150.25 TITLE.

This subchapter shall be known as the Hamilton Unsafe Building Law and hereby adopts by reference the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq. in its entirety, as may be amended from time to time, as the Hamilton Unsafe Building Law. For the sake of brevity, the Hamilton Unsafe Building Law shall be referred to in the balance of this subchapter by the acronym HUBL.
