§ 132.07 ASSISTANCE BY TOWN MARSHAL.
   The Town Marshal shall use reasonable efforts to train, educate and assist owners of real estate in avoiding placing tenants or occupants in their real estate who are known violators of illegal activities enumerated in this chapter.
