§ 130.01 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON MUNICIPALLY OWNED OR LEASED PROPERTY.

The consumption or possession of any alcoholic beverage of any type is prohibited on or upon any municipally owned or leased real estate, including any buildings or structures erected thereon, within the corporate limits of the town.
