§ 110.02 APPLICATION; APPROVAL OF TOWN COUNCIL.
   (A)   All applications for a permit or license under this chapter shall be referred to the Clerk-Treasurer and the Town Council. ('88 Code, § 4-1-2)
   (B)   The Town Council shall grant such permit or license at the next regular meeting unless good cause be shown to deny the permit or license request. ('88 Code, § 4-1-3)
