(A) All parks, public lands and beaches within the jurisdiction of the town shall be closed between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily.
(B) This restriction shall not apply to an officially-sponsored activity or authorized special activity, such as a little league baseball game or a girls' baseball game, which may last beyond the hours of closing. In that event the facility involved shall be closed as soon as possible after the activity is over.
(C) These hours may be amended from time to time by a rule by the Board of Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
