§ 90.02 RUNNING AT LARGE; ANIMALS TO BE LEASHED OR CONFINED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper or harborer of any animal within the town to permit the animal to go beyond the premises of the owner, keeper or harborer at any time unless the animal is properly on a leash, with a leash not to exceed six feet in length.
   (B)   The owner, keeper or harborer of every animal within the town shall at all times keep the animal confined so that it cannot stray beyond the premises of the owner, keeper or harborer.
