SCHEDULE III. HANDICAPPED PARKING.
   (A)   The first parking space on the east side of State Road 427 (Wayne Street) south of Church shall be for handicapped parking only for those persons having business within Town Hall.
   (B)   In order to use the handicapped parking space, the vehicle must have the appropriate handicapped parking tag as issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
   (C)   The use of the handicapped parking space as provided in division (B) shall not be deemed a violation of §§ 71.01(D), 71.01(J) or 71.02.
