§ 71.10 AUTHORITY TO ORDER REMOVAL OF JUNK VEHICLE.

The Town Marshal or any Deputy Marshal, Zoning Administrator or Code Enforcement Officer may order a junk vehicle removed from any premises in the town within five days after service and posting as provided in § 71.11.
