§ 71.08 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK VEHICLE. Shall include the following.
      (1)   Any vehicle, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, UTVs, golf carts and watercraft of all types and shall also include trailers for these vehicles. A junk vehicles is a vehicle which:
         (a)   Has not been moved for ten consecutive days from the same location and is not registered or plated and is not in a garage or other building. A garage or other building does not include a tarp, plastic sheeting or any other similar material of impermanent means that are used to cover a motor vehicle. A garage or other building as contemplated in this subchapter is given its ordinary meaning;
         (b)   Does not have the appearance of or contain all of the parts and accessories of the same make and model automobile when manufactured and assembled by the manufacturer, or is partially dismantled;
         (c)   Does not have the appearance of being operative or safe for its intended use, such as, but not limited to, travel upon roadways, off-road travel, use on a body of water; or
         (d)   Is located in an area not properly zoned as junk buildings, junk shops or junk yards.
      (2)   Any one or all of the above criteria may be used in making a determination that vehicle is a junk vehicle.
