Whenever a vehicle is parked in violation of any provision of any ordinance, statute, or the town code, the Town Marshal or any Deputy Marshal of the town is authorized to cause any such vehicle to be towed away by any firm having towing vehicles equipped to tow any vehicle. Neither the town nor the firm engaged to do the towing shall in any way be held liable for any damage or loss of any towed vehicle (or its contents). The vehicle may not be redeemed until the violator has paid all fees accrued as a result of the towing.
