§ 34.21 MUNICIPAL BAND TAX.
   Pursuant to House Bill No. 650 enacted by the 67th State General Assembly, the maximum tax rate limit for the municipal band within the city shall be and is hereby established at 0.042% of full, fair cash value, as determined by the State Department of Revenue.
