§ 32.07 JURY TRIAL.
   Any person arraigned before a Police Magistrate or Justice of the Peace for a violation of any ordinance of the city shall have the case tried by a jury, unless he or she shall waive a jury trial by executing a formal waiver in writing. The number, impaneling, and qualifications of jurors shall be governed by the state statutes in relation to like proceedings before Justices of the Peace.
