§ 32.05 BOND.
   Any person who may be arrested or in the custody of any police officer for a violation of any ordinance of the city may be released from custody or imprisonment by entering into such bonds or recognizance, as is provided for by the laws of the state in such cases, before any Police Magistrate or Justice of the Peace of the city.
