§ 156.183 SPECIAL USES.
   After public hearing, pursuant to § 156.222(A), special uses include:
   (A)   Farms for the raising thereon of the usual farm poultry and farm livestock such as horses, cattle, sheep, and swine, and including dairy farms with the necessary accessory uses for treating and storing the produce; provided, however, no poultry or livestock are housed closer than 1,000 feet from any lot in a “R,” “B,” “M,” or “A-2” District or any lot occupied by a dwelling or by any school, church, or institution for human care;
   (B)   Cemeteries;
   (C)   Radio and television studios or transmitting stations;
   (D)   Pasturing provided that livestock feeding facilities or terminal facilities are no closer than 1,000 feet to any lot in any “R,” “B,” “M,” or “A-2” District or to any lot occupied by a dwelling or by any school, church, or institution for human care;
   (E)   Riding stables and the keeping of small animals; provided, however, buildings housing animals be at least 100 feet from all property lines that the lot has an area of not less than ten acres and that the lot is located on a road having a pavement at least 20 feet wide;
   (F)   Hospitals and institutions of an educational, religious, charitable, or philanthropic nature; provided, however, such buildings shall not be located upon sites containing an area of less than five acres shall occupy not over 10% of the total area of the lot and that buildings shall be set back from all yard lines a distance of not less than two feet for each foot of building height; and
   (G)   Open air fisheries when ponds or properties on which ponds are located are adequately fenced to prevent access of small children.
