§ 156.166 HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Height regulations. No building or structure shall exceed four stories or 60 feet in height above grade, except as provided hereinafter at § 156.221.

   (B)   Area regulations. Area regulations for the “M-2,” General Industrial District shall be identical to the area regulations for the “M-1,” Light Industrial District, as set forth at § 156.146(B), except that there shall be no minimum rear yard depth requirement in the “M-2” District.
