§ 156.147 INTENSITY OF USE.
   (A)   Minimum lot area. The minimum lot area in the “M-1,” Light Industrial District shall be one-half acre.
   (B)   Minimum lot width. The minimum lot width in the “M-1,” Light Industrial District shall be 150 feet.
   (C)   Minimum lot frontage. The minimum lot frontage in the “M-1,” Light Industrial District shall be 100 feet.
