§ 156.127 INTENSITY OF USE
   The intensity of use regulations shall apply to living facilities above stores and to other commercial uses as well as to residential buildings and shall be the same as those of the “R-2,” Medium Density Residential District.
   (A)   Minimum lot area. The minimum lot area in the “B-2,” Business Commercial/Residential District shall be 1,000 square feet.
   (B)   Minimum lot width. The minimum lot width in the “B-2,” Business Commercial/Residential District shall be 20 feet.
   (C)   Minimum lot frontage. The minimum lot frontage in the “B-2,” Business Commercial/Residential District shall be 20 feet.
