Special uses include:
(A) The production of goods for sale on the premises such as bakeries and printing establishments;
(B) Furnace, heating, and sheet metal shops or stores; not more than 10% of the lot or tract of land occupied by such establishments shall be used for the open and unenclosed storage of materials or equipment;
(C) Storage, sales, or repair of new or used automobiles;
(D) Hotels, tourist homes, and motels;
(E) The store sales and service, including vulcanizing;
(F) Indoor theaters; no theaters shall be erected or reconstructed unless subject to the parking restrictions noted in § 156.125(B);
(G) Retail dying and cleaning works, laundries, and launderettes including self-service establishments;
(H) Filling stations and motor vehicle servicing facilities and the sale and storage of fuel and petroleum products; provided, all volatile fuels kept on the premises incident to such uses shall be stored below grade level;
(I) Any residential dwelling units authorized in an “R-3” District; and
(J) Taverns and retail package liquor stores.
