§ 156.104 SPECIAL USES.
   After public hearing, pursuant to § 156.222(A), special uses include:
   (A)   The production of good for sale on the premises such as bakeries and printing establishments;
   (B)   Furnace, heating, and sheet metal shops or stores; not more than 10% of the lot or tract of land occupied by such establishments shall be used for the open and unenclosed storage of materials or equipment;
   (C)   Storage, sale, or repair of new or used automobiles;
   (D)   Indoor theaters; no theater shall be erected or reconstructed unless subject to the parking restrictions noted in § 156.105(B);
   (E)   Retail dying and cleaning works including self-service establishments;
   (F)   Filling stations and motor vehicle servicing facilities and the sale and storage of fuels and petroleum products, provided that all volatile fuels kept on the premises incident to such uses shall be stored below grade level;
   (G)   Residential dwelling units above the first floors of buildings; and
   (H)   Taverns and retail package liquor stores.
