(A) The zoning procedures and use requirements for the “R-4,” Residential Mobile Home Park District shall conform to the requirements set forth in the City Mobile Home Ordinance, as adopted.
(B) See Appendix 5, District “R-4” Permanent Mobile Home Park Subdivision District minimum area, lot area, lot frontage, minimum yard requirements, height requirements, off-street parking and maximum lot coverage.
