(A) Height regulations. No building, structure, or dwelling in a mobile home park subdivision shall exceed two and one-half stories or 35 feet in height.

(B) Area regulations.
(1) Front yard.
(a) There shall be a front yard having the depth of not less than 20 feet.
(b) Where lots have a double frontage, the required front yard shall be provided on both streets.
(c) Where a lot is located at the intersection of two or more streets, there shall be a front yard on each street side of a corner lot.
(2) Side yard. There shall be a side yard on each side of a mobile home having a depth of not less than ten feet.
(3) Rear yard. Each lot on which a mobile home dwelling is placed shall have a rear yard of not less than 20 feet.
