(A) Each two-family detached dwelling, private club, fraternity, sorority, lodge, or rooming house shall provide off-street parking in the ratio of one space per living unit. Required parking space shall not be located in required front or required side yards.
(B) Each single-family attached dwelling and each multi-family dwelling shall provide off-street parking in the ratio of two spaces per living unit. Required parking space shall not be located in required front or required side yards.
