Permitted accessory uses for the “R-3” District shall be identical to those set forth in this chapter for the “R-1,” Low Density Residential District at § 156.221(D), except that storage garages accessory to multiple dwellings, hospitals, or institutional buildings shall be located not less than 60 feet from any other street line when such storage garages are not a part of the main building.
