§ 156.061 PRINCIPAL USES.

   Principal uses include:

   (A)   Any use permitted in the “R-2,” Medium Density Residential District;

   (B)   Residential District regulations, with the exception of single-family detached dwellings and single-family detached modular homes; and

   (C)   Multi-family dwellings.
