Permitted accessory use shall be identical to those set forth for the “R-1,” Low Density District in § 156.022, except that storage garages accessory to hospitals or institutional buildings shall be located not less than 60 feet from the front lot line and not less than five feet from any other street line when such storage garages are not a part of the main building.
