§ 156.023 PERMITTED SPECIAL USES.
   After public hearing, pursuant to § 156.222(A), permitted special uses include:
   (A)   Nurseries and truck gardening;
   (B)   Parks, playgrounds, and community buildings owned and operated by a public agency;
   (C)   Churches, provided that any church constructed on a new site shall provide off-street parking space upon the lot or within 200 feet thereof, which space is adequate to accommodate one car for every ten persons for which seating is provided in the main auditorium of the church, exclusive of the seating capacity of Sunday school and other special rooms;
   (D)   Public schools, elementary and high, or private schools having a curriculum equivalent to a public elementary school or public high school and having no rooms regularly used for housing or sleeping purposes;
   (E)   Golf courses, except courses illuminated for night use or miniature courses and driving fees operated for commercial purposes; and
   (F)   Assisted living housing.
