(A) Monuments shall be placed at all block corners, points of curves, change in direction along lot lines, and at each lot corner in accordance with Chapter 109, Illinois Revised Statutes. All monuments so established shall be carefully preserved, and should any be destroyed or moved during construction, they shall be reset.
(B) A permanent benchmark shall be accessibly placed and accurately noted on the subdivision plat, the elevation of such benchmark to be based on mean sea level.
