(A) A division of land involves the division or subdivision of land into parcels which do not involve any new streets or easements of access where the divisions are being made in an existing recorded subdivision.
(B) Conveyances made to correct descriptions in prior conveyances.
(C) The exchange of a single tract or lot from a larger tract where a survey is made by a registered surveyor. This exemption shall apply to sale of any subsequent tracts from the existing tract.
