§ 155.04 PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISIONS.
   Each subdivider of land shall confer with the City Council and the City Engineer before preparing a preliminary subdivision plan in order to become thoroughly familiar with the subdivision requirements and with the proposals of the City Plan affecting the territory in which the proposed subdivision lies.
