§ 152.03 SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
   (A)   Every mobile home park shall be platted on not less than 15 acres of land.
   (B)   Every mobile home park shall not have a density greater than eight units per gross acre.
   (C)   Every mobile home placed in a park shall be on a lot with an area not less than 4,000 square feet.
   (D)   No mobile home dwelling, including accessory buildings and structures, shall cover more than 40% of a park lot area.
   (E)   No mobile home or accessory structure shall be constructed closer than 15 feet to any other mobile home or accessory structure.
   (F)   No mobile home or accessory structure shall be constructed closer than 26 feet to the street right-of-way.
   (G)   No building, structure, or dwelling in a mobile home park shall exceed one and one-half stories or 21 feet in height.
   (H)   One off-street parking space for each mobile home shall be provided, and guest off-street parking shall be provided at a ratio of one space per four dwelling units. All off-street parking spaces shall be a dust-free surface.
   (I)   Each mobile home lot or unit location shall be provided with a yard light, operated automatically and maintained by the park management.
