§ 152.02 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Streets and driveways shall be kept dust-free on the surface and in reasonable repair, free from ruts and holes.
   (B)   All mobile home parks shall provide a four-foot wide planting strip, planted with trees and shrubs at least six-feet high, to provide a screen which extends the length and depth of the entire subdivision.
   (C)   In all mobile home parks, there shall be one or more recreation areas which shall be easily accessible to all park residents. The size of such recreation areas shall be based upon a minimum of 200 square feet for each lot in the subdivision. No single outdoor recreation area shall contain less than 2,400 square feet and shall be designed in a contiguous and compact pattern.
   (D)   Each mobile home park shall be connected to the municipal water and sewer facility system.
   (E)   The licensed owner for a mobile home park shall sign an affidavit granting police, fire, health, and other officials permission to conduct their normal responsibilities within such mobile home park.
   (F)   All utilities for a mobile home park shall be placed underground.
