§ 151.40 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT.
   All proceedings for the levying and collecting of any special assessment under the provisions of this subchapter shall conform to the legal requirements of an Act of the State Legislature, entitled “An Act Concerning Local Improvements,” approved June 14, 1897, and in force July 1, 1897, along with all amendments thereto.
